Shipping Insurance: Covers lost or damaged packages. Delivery time is the same as standard shipping. Non-refundable.

FedEx: Express shipping with non-refundable fees. Incorrect address re-shipping fee: $14 USD for FedEx, $7 USD for standard.
Production Time
Since all items are handmade and some items are customized on-demand, please allow 8-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive it, or for other inquiries, contact us at support@artisanutopia.com.

Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns due to any product difference, as each product is handmade and personalized for every customer. However, if you experience an issue with your order, you can submit a Replacement Request.
Cancellation/Modification Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order is considered valid and cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of our products.
